In order to guarantee the best conditions for tuning, we have spared no effort and created a special test room for vehicle tuning and performance measurements. Our Dyno-Cell is constantly monitored by various sensors and thus always offers perfect framework conditions for development and coordination work at the highest level.

A constant vehicle and room temperature is indispensable for meaningful performance measurements and precise coordination work. We have developed our own ventilation and exhaust extraction system that simulates driving at up to 175km / h . We have an exorbitant airstream fan, which can circulate up to 74,000 cubic meters of air per hour, and an exhaust extraction system which extracts 6500 cubic meters of exhaust gases per hour   via one of the strongest ventilation systems in Europe . This means that even continuous full-load driving and racetrack simulations are no problem. With us, your engine always keeps a "cool head".

Tools

Various tools, diagnostic devices and the latest generation of software allow us to develop performance enhancements based on the latest technology. We also use these tools to carry out individual adjustments to sports and racing cars or to carry out targeted diagnostic work. We have several systems available for reliable knock detection.

Data acquisition

The measurement technology, which is always kept up to date, makes it possible to record the parameters necessary to optimize efficiency , responsiveness, driving dynamics and, last but not least, performance. Various additional sensors allow us to record and evaluate all engine-relevant parameters. On request, we measure variables such as air-fuel ratio, boost pressure and other parameters and show them on the performance diagram.
