TheMaptec B58 Ultimate PIushers in a new era of high-performance racing engines. With an unprecedented usable power band, a sophisticated one dry sump lubrication system, Lightweight construction, nitrous oxide system and much more. Never before achieved performance values!
 
Already at 2500 rpm there is 600 Nm, at 3500 rpm it is mindblowing 1250 Nm. The peak performance is at 2.4bar boost pressure 1100 hp, mind you without nitrous oxide! The recommended speed limit is 8100rpm. With  Antilag and nitrous oxide injection are available between 3300 rpm and 8100 rpm at any time and without delay at least 800 Nm.
 
Initially developed for the racing team Gazoo Racing Switzerland, this unique racing engine can now be purchased by anyone. 
 
The aim of the development was to develop a modern 1000 HP racing engine with the widest possible usable speed range in order to replace the old generation of engines such as 2 JZ, RB26, S65, N54 etc. to replace. We put everything into this Know-how and years of experience in the Engine development and tuning a. The expectations for the engine are high in advance. The first test bench session still more than amazed us. Not only that the engine meets the requirements 1000 hp easily up your sleeve, that too early response of the turbocharger, the usable speed range and the brutally high torque very early in the speed range catapult the engine into new spheres! The Racetrack testing  show in drift sports how powerful the engine is in real use.  No matter in which speed band the driver presses the accelerator pedal, Torque is always available in abundance. On routes where other drivers had to use different gears to keep the turbocharger at speed, they were able to Toyota Gazoo Racing Switzerland driver drive everything in the same gear. We evaluated data logs in which the drivers were able to spin the rear wheels at any time in 4th gear between 1900 and 8100 revolutions. With 285 wide semi-slicks on the rear axle! 
 
The Maptec B58 Ultimate PIwas completely in-house developed.  This engine is not bolt-on tuning, but real Motorsport engineering. In order to meet the high performance and motorsport applications, numerous parts were developed completely new developed. No expense was spared and new paths were taken that the market had never seen before. For example, this is Dry sump oil pandesigned in several parts and also acts as a block reinforcement plate.

Isolation of each crank web to prevent foaming of the engine oil and loss of performance
integrated support on crankshaft main bearing blocks (integral girdle plate) 
Stiffening of the engine block through the oil pan
5 stage dry sump pump with integrated oil-air defoamer 
one suction pump per two cylinders
Cylinder head and turbo return with a separate suction pump
Dry sump pump belt drive 360 degrees covered (so that no stones can damage the belt drive, even in the gravel bed) 
Industrial belt cover 3D printed (The FDM prototype cover is still shown in the photos) 
 
The engine is available in two versions: The highend Ultimate PI Version with 1100 HP / 1250 Nm  
and a 700 hp LITE Version that is trimmed for cost efficiency.
