 The Mitsubishi Evo models offer an excellent basis for increasing performance. Maptec have many years of experience with these vehicles and have built, programmed and actively supported some of the fastest Evo's in Europe in motorsport racing series such as the Swiss Time Attack Master. Starting with a simple coordination of the original control unit, over the reprogramming of the all-wheel drive system up to the 1000PS + turbo compressor conversion, we are the right contact.
 For the Evo X models, we have invested several days of development and test work in order to optimize maps which are often not adapted by other tuners (e.g. camshaft timing). As a rule, we adjust each vehicle individually on our high-end test bench, which requires at least a full day for an optimal result.
 With our first expansion stage, MAP-TEC 1, we achieve 345PS and 440NM with the EVO X. The fuel consumption is reduced by 10-15% with the same driving style. At Maptec, safety and durability come first, which is why we develop our performance enhancements at great expense and test them under the toughest conditions in motorsport.
 For use in motorsport, we recommend our Maptec MoTeC Misubishi M1 plug-in packages.

 The Evo X motors are extremely robust. With a well-considered hardware tuning and a carefully developed tuning, up to 500 hp can be achieved with the original innards. We also recommend switching to a forged motor. For vehicles with a few kilometers and a flawless engine block, we offer cost-effective direct installation of forged pistons and reinforced connecting rods. Short, long blocks or complete racing engines are available from us in various expansion stages.
